CRAB PEPPPER FRY (NANDU MILAGU VARUVAL)

       
CRAB PEPPER FRY
   
  

                          This receipe is prepared during the rainy season or when someone is having cold.....It has so much medicinal values but the taste will be extraordinary.......... But please follow the exact procedure for an excellent taste............
Also please dont add too much of garlic, as it will spoil the taste.

PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
Crab-1/2 kg
Onion-1 big
tomato-1 big
garlic pods-5 chopped
chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
curry leaves-few
salt - to taste
oil-3 tablespoon

for masala paste
pepper-2 to 3 tablespoon
garlic-7 pods
half small onion finely chopped


seasoning
fennel seeds-few
curry leaves-few
ginger garlic crushed- 1tablespoon

Add onions,after it change colour add tomato,turmeric



After it mashes well add crab mix well, leave for 2 minutes



Add chilly,coriander powder,salt mix well


Now add pepper masala paste mix and leave 5 minute ,low flame

PREPARATION
  Saute the pepper masala items in 1 tablespoon oil each seperately and let it cool and grind.Pour oil in a pan add items given for seasoning.Now add chopped onions,garlic,cook
well.Once its done add chopped tomatoes add little salt so that it smashes well and binds with onion together as a paste like consistency..now add the crab pieces and cook for few minutes , no need to add water as crab as it cooks leaves water (in 2-3 minutes). As the water oozes out it means crab is cooked now.Add chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well for 2-3 minutes in low flame.Add less than half cup water..finally add the pepper masala, mix well and keep in low flame for 3-4 minutes.Switch off the stove...Delicious crab pepper masala is ready....

Note
While grinding pepper masala , grind pepper first finely then add garlic,onions to it for smooth paste.
