RAVADOSA

RAVA DOSA
One of my most favourite breakfast.......You know when I was a kid whenever we go to hotel I will only order for a parota......But nowadays my parota craze has reduced a bit and my craze has shifted to these ravadosas.....yaaa nowadays I mostly order ravadosas.....But then preparing in home is definitely easier and best option too....
But you know many hotels dont do perfect ravadosas sometimes they make it as maida dosa instead of rava dosa.So try it at home and enjoy.........

PREPARATION TIME-5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-2 - 4 MINUTES(FOR EACH DOSA)

INGREDIENTS
RICEFLOUR-1/2 CUP
RAVA-1 CUP
MAIDA- 1/4 CUP
salt- as per taste

SEASONING
Jeera- 1 tablespoon
grated ginger- 1 tablespoon
chopped chilly-3
coriander chopped-few
curry leaves-few
crushed pepper-1teaspoon
oil- 2 tablespoon

Pour the batter

flip and cook.....

yummy yum ravadosa.....

PREPARATION
Add all the items in ingredients and make it to thin batter consistency.......More like butter milk form...Add the items in seasoning....Keep it aside for 30 minutes.Now heat dosa pan pour the batter in the pan.Start pouring from outside and stop with inside.If there is any major gaps in between just fill them.Add oil a bit generously......Flip and cook both sides....If you want you can add onions to it and make onion rava,Serve hot and enjoy....

NOTE
The batter shoud be thin.First try with a little batter for trial and if required add water.
Trial 1 or 2 dosas with little batter adjust accordingly....
