CAULIFLOWER MOCHAI PORIYAL

This poriyal is my most favourite one among all.It tastes heavenly that too with keerai kadaiyal,sambar rice its out of the world.....whenever mochai season comes I make it often.Today I had it with ghee,keerai and rice.Wow it was awesome.
So we can go the receipe...

INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower-1/2 kg
field beans/mochai-1/2 kg
Onion-2 big
tomato-1 big
chilli powder-1 teaspoon
coriander powder-2 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1 tablespoon
salt - to taste
oil-4 tablespoon

For seasoning
garlic-2 small piece (crushed)
ginger-2 small piece (crushed)
fennel seeds-1 teaspoon
curry leaves-few.


THE PICS
Keep cauliflower in hotwater for 2-3 minutes


Seasoning

Add chopped onions,tomatoes


Saute well


Add cauliflower,spice powders


Add water,boiled mochai mix well


After its done 


Yummy........ cant wait....

PREPARATION
      Keep hot water in a pan with little salt,turmeric.When it boils add cauliflower leave it for 2 minutes, and drain it. Boil mochai for 1 steam,keep aside. Pour oil in a pan/cooker add items given for seasoning.let it splutter.Now add chopped onions,cook well.once its done add chopped tomatoes add little salt so that it smashes well and binds with onion together as a paste like consistency....now add the cauliflower,boiled mochai and add chilli powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder allow it to boil with  water for 5 minutes in medium flame. stir occasionally until water drains.Delicious cauliflower mochai masala is ready.
