This dish will be a change to the normal rice dish......This receipe is almost like bisibelabath but
with few changes....Best when had hot.......
INGREDIENTS
Onion-1 Big
basmati rice/rawrice-1 cup
Toordal/moong dal-1/2 cup
spinach leaves-1 cup
mint leaves- 1 handful
coriander leaves-1 handful
green chilli,ginger,garlic-1 tablespoon
curd-1 tablespoon
salt-as required
For seasoning
Oil-1tablespoon
ghee-1 tablespoon
cinnamon-1
clove-1
annasipoo-1
elaichi-1
jadhipathiri-1
shajeera-1/4teaspoon
its done add onions fry it well until it turns golden brown and becomes
one third in quantity.now add half the amount of mint and coriander
leaves saute well until you get good aroma...Then add the grinded
puree and saute well till you get good flavour and oil seperates..Then add ginger,garlic paste,curd saute for a minute.Now
add the rice,dal,mint and coriander leaves,and water for the
rice.Remove from pan/cooker once the rice is cooked.

PREPARATION
STEP1
Take the cleaned spinach leaves in a pan with 1 cup of water. Once the water boils add the spinach and allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes.Once its cool take the leaves and grind it..Dont waste the spinach water can add later to boil rice.Take the puree and keep aside.
STEP2
Take a pan/cooker add the items in seasoning , saute well.after
