CARROT RAITHA |
Though there
are various raithas my most favourite is carrot raitha.....The preparing method
is slightly different than normal raithas , as the veggies are sauted slightly,
cooled and mixed with raithas....We also
have this as sidedish with kaarakuzhambhu.....I love to eat it as such.... Please try it and
you will love it....SERVES 3
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 5 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Grated carrot-2
onion chopped-1
chopped green chilly-2
coriander chopped-few
SEASONING
Oil-1 tablespoon
mustard,urad dal-1 teaspoon
THE PICS
Saute the veggies 2 minutes and cool down,mix with curd....
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a pan.Add items in seasoning.Once it splutters ,add chilly,carrot,onion.Saute it and keep in low flame for 2 minutes closing the pan.Then turn it off.Allow to cool.Once it cools down put it in a bowl mix with curd,salt.Garnish with coriander....
Raitha is ready........
