I also added little jaggery to it to reduce bitter taste and it really worked.

INGREDIENTS
bittergourd-150gms
onion-1
greenchilly-1
curd - 3 tablespoon
jaggery-1/4 teaspoon(optional)
salt-as per taste
to grind
coconut-4 tablespoon
jeera-1/2 teaspoon
chilly-1
seasoning
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
urad dal-1/2 teaspoon
red chilly-1
coconut oil-2 tablespoon
curry leaves-few

Add onion,chilly
Add bittergourd to it,saute a minute,add water and boil
add Grinded paste,salt and jaggery
Add curd,season it
PREPARATION
Heat tablespoon oil in a pan add jeera to it.Then add onion,chilly saute for a while.Then add bittergourd to it saute for 1 minute.Add less than 1/4 cup water and boil it.Grind coconut paste with little curd and make a smooth paste.Add the paste,salt to sauted bittergourd , cook for 2 minutes till it boils.Add jaggery to it.Now turn off the stove and add curd to it.Pour oil add the seasoning mentioned ingredients.Mix it.Pachadi is ready....
