I like the flavour of capsicum a lot........Whenever I have some leftover rice I prepare this dish...An easy to prepare dish but tastes great, if you dont like the flavour of capsicum you can saute well so that the flavour suttles....
INGREDIENTS
Onion-1 Big
Tomato-1 medium
ginger-garlic paste-2 tablespoons
cooked rice-2 cup
curd-2 tablespoon
lemon-1 tablespoon
mint leaves- 1 handful
coriander leaves-1 handful
slit green chilli- 2
chilli powder-1/4 teaspoon
coriander powder-1/4 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
garam masala-1 teaspoon
salt-as required
For seasoning
Oil-3 tablespoon
ghee-2 tablespoon
cinnamon-2
clove-2
elaichi-1
shajeera-1/4teaspoon
PREPARATION
Take a pan/cooker add the items in seasoning , saute well.after its done add onions fry it well until it turns golden brown and becomes one third in quantity.now add half the amount of mint and coriander leaves saute well until you get good aroma...Now add the tomatoes and little salt so that it smashes soon.Add the ginger-garlic paste,curd and saute well till you get good flavour and oil seperates..
.Now add chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt-as required and saute well for 2 minutes.Now add little water and boil.Once it starts boiling add capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.Now add cooked rice,1 tablespoon ghee, lemon juice,mint and coriander leaves and close the pan/cooker,leave it for 5 minutes so that the masala blends well with capsicum and rice.
Now awesome briyani is ready to eat....

Add capsicum,few mint leaves
Now lime juice mix well
Add salt let it cook 2-3 minutes
Add rice and little ghee
Mix well
Capsicum rice is ready
