This is one of my favourite veg gravies.This receipe, I learnt it from my mom.She came to know about this receipe from a hotel cook.Since the gravy was too good she learnt it from the cook and he was good enough to share the receipe.One main ingredient is radish
please dont ever try this receipe without radish, as the main taste,flavour comes from the radish.Onion-1 small
Tomato-1 big
beans-100 grams
carrot-50 grams
potato-1 big
drumstick-1
brinjal-2
cabbage-1 small cup
dry green peas-little
radish-1 big
coriander powder-2 tablespoon
chilly powder-2 tablespoon
turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
salt - to taste
oil-3 tablespoon
TO GRIND
Coconut-3 tablespoon
fennel seeds-1 teaspoon
roasted gram dal-1/2 teaspoon
SEASONING
Mustard seeds-1 tablespoon
urad dal-1/2 tablespoon
curry leaves-few
PREPARATION
Pour oil in a pan/cooker add items given for seasoning.let it splutter.Now add chopped onions,cook well....Now add all veggies with tomates and mix it 3-4 minutes in low flame.now add chilli powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt.Add enough water allow it to boil closing the pan 7-10 minutes until raw flavour of masala vanishes and veggies cooked.now add ground paste and close the pan.Leave it for 2-3 minutes.Switch off the stove serve mixed vegetable kulambhu with rice/tiffen items..

Add little bit of coconut paste
Leave for 2-3 minutes
Gravy is ready
