BREAD DOSA


           This dish can be done when you have lots of bread idle at home.Very easy to prepare I prefer doing it with brown bread rather than white bread.....

INGREDIENTS

Brown bread- 10 slices
rava(sooji)-6 tablespoons
rice flour- 3 tablespoons
salt-little 

PREPARATION

        Dip the bread slices in water and drain it. Now add all the ingredients along with bread and grind with water to dosa batter consistency....Keep dosa tava in stove and pour the batter and prepare dosas......Simple dosa is ready to eat...Very tasty with tomato chutney....
