BRINJAL THIRAKKAL



        A tasty sidedish for rice and roti..........

INGREDIENTS

Brinjal-100 grams
potato-1
onion-1
tomato-1
oil-3 tablespoon
salt-as required

for grinding
garlic- 5 pods
grated coconut-4 tablespoon
fennel seeds-1 teaspoon
kaskas-1 teaspoon
jeera-1 teaspoon
dry red chilly-6

For seasoning

fennel seeds-1/2 teaspoon
jeera-1/2 teaspoon
   
PREPARATION

STEP1
Add oil in a pan and saute the items for grinding for 2 minutes cool and grind to a fine paste.

STEP2
Pour oil in a pan , add the items given for seasoning.Now add onion,tomato,potato and brinjal and saute few minutes, until vegetable boils.Now add the grinded paste,water and salt cook for 5 minutes and serve hot....
