WHEAT VEGETABLE ADAI


INGREDIENTS
Samba rava- 1/2 cup
brown bread slice-4
curd-1/2 cup
chopped green chilly-2
grated vegetable(carrot,beetroot,cabbage)-1/2 cup
chopped ginger-1 teaspoon
salt,oil-as required

PREPARATION

Mix the rava with curd and keep aside for 1 hour.dip the bread slices in water and squeeze it.Slightly grind the rava and bread together to adai consistency.saute vegetables , chilly, ginger for 2 minutes add to adai and add enough salt.Heat the tawa and spread the batter slightly thick.Cook like  dosas on both sides , serve hot.
