AVAL UPMA/poha upma


INGREDIENTS
Aval-1 cup
onion-1 
chilly-2
grated coconut- 3 tablespoon(optional)

For seasoning

mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
urud dal-1 teaspoon
gram dal-1 teaspoon
curry leaves- little

PREPARATION
   Clean and wash the poha once and soak with little water for 5 minutes.Add oil in a pan addd the items given for seasoning.Now add onion,chilly,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Now add  well drained poha and coconut saute for 2 minutes and switch off the stove.
