GRATED COCONUT RICE (THENGAI SAADHAM)


   This dish can be prepared whenever you want to prepare something quick  or if you have more coconuts at home....

INGREDIENTS

cooked Rice-1 cup
grated coconut-1/4 cup
salt-as per taste

For seasoning
mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
urud dal-1 teaspoon
curry leaves- little
gramdal-1 teaspoon
dryred chilly-3

PREPARATION

 Pour 3 teaspoon oil in a pan and saute the ingredients for seasoning.After it splutters add the grated coconut and fry for a minute then add salt as per taste and mix.Now add cooked rice and keep it for two minutes.Now the coconut rice is ready to eat.
