PRAWN LADYSFINGER GRAVY (YERAL VENDAKKAI KULAMBU)



INGREDIENTS

prawn-200gms
ladysfinger-1 cup
pulpy tomato-3
onion-1
green chilly-2
dry red chilly-2
tamarind-small lemon size
chilly powder-2 teaspoon
coriander powder-2 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
gingelly oil- 3 tablespoon
salt-as per taste

For seasoning

mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
urud dal-1 teaspoon
fenugreek seeds-1/4 teaspoon
curry leaves- little

PREPARATION

 Pour 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and saute the ingredients for seasoning.Now add red,green chillies,onion,tomatoes and saute well until tomatoes are washed well.Now add the ladysfinger for 2 minutes then add prwan and saute for 2 minutes.
Now add tamarind extract water about 3 cups and add chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric  powder and allow to boil in medium flame for about 10 minutes until the raw flavour goes and gravy is done.Now hot spicy prawn gravy is ready.

NOTE

Can adjust spicyness according to taste when gravy is boiling.
This gravy should contain more tomato and less tamarind.
