MUSHROOM SPINACH SOUP

 I had  some mushrooms idle in my refrigerator for a couple of days.........So thought of doing something  with it for lunch
...........So tried a new receipe.........blended it with spinach :) .........

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
jeera-1 teaspoon
mushroom-1 cup(can be chopped fine)
spinach- 1 cup(can be chopped fine)
garlic pod crushed-7-8 chopped
onion-1 small(finely chopped)
tomato-1 small(finely chopped)
turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
pepper powder-2 teaspoon
lemon-2 tablespoon
cornflour-1 tablespoon
salt-as required


PREPARATION

dry fry jeera and pepper together in a pan for 30 seconds in lowflame,,,,crush it coarse after cool......

Add  Oil/butter  in a pan, and add jeera-pepper powder for 10 seconds after its fried add onions after it turns pink, add tomato add little salt to mash the tomatoes well  then add garlic pods saute for a minute and add mushroom now and saute for a minute,then add spinach and saute for a minute... Now add enough water , consistency of soup should be watery...now add enough salt.. and turmeric powder and close the pan cooking  in medium flame  for 3-4 minutes.....Now dissolve the cornflour in half cup water and add to soup and allow to for 2 minutes....delicious soup is ready...........
