MUTTON PEPPER CHUKKA / MUTTON CHUKKA


Mutton chukka..........Today my hubby bought mutton for gravy and I reserved little for chukka because
he likes it a lot.......My mom is an expert in nonveg dishes but she does not add pepper to chukka, but my hubby likes pepper version.So today its pepper mutton chukka........

INGREDIENTS
Onion-2
Mutton-250 grams
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Chilly powder-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Pepper-1 teaspoon
Roasted gramdal powder- 1 tablespoon
Salt- as required
Lemon juice-1 teaspoon

SEASONING
Cloves-2
Cinnamon-2 smallpieces
Elaichi-1
Brinji leaves-1
Curry leaves- few


SAUTING........

PREPARATION


Heat oil in a pan . Add items in seasoning....Add onions sauté it for 2 minutes. After it changes colour,add the ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.Add masala powders given and mix it. Add mutton,salt to it.Add 1 cup of water to it and let it boil.keep it in a pressure cooker and leave for3-4 whistles.Open the cooker, keep the pan in medium flame add the pepper,mix.Add Roasted gramdal powder to it , mix it.Once it thickens, keep pan in low flame for 5-10 minutes until it dries up....Add lemon juice to it,mix an switch off immediately......

MIX IT



MUTTON,SALT

WATER OOZES

CLOSE IT


MUTTON DONE....ADD PEPPER


ROASTED DAL POWDER



MIX , KEEP IN LOW FLAME



Mouth watering chukka is ready.....
