METHI EGG MASALA



Most of you would be aware of this receipe,especially egg lovers,its just for beginners to know..........Such a simple and tasty dish....This is the usual receipe except
 the addition of methi leaves.....It gives a unique flavour to the dish.....


INGREDIENTS

Boiled egg-3
Onion-2
Tomato-1 (optional)
Crushed garlic-3 pods
Chilly powder-1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
methi leaves-2 tablespoon
Salt- as required

SEASONING

Fennel seeds – ½ tablespoon
Curry leaves- few


PREPARATION

Boil the eggs.peel off the shell and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan . Add items in seasoning....Add onions sauté it for 2 minutes. After it changes colour,add the tomatoes and cook till it smashes.Add masala powders given and mix it. Add eggs to it.Add ½ cup of water to it and let it boil.After the masala thickens, add methi leaves to it and mix it.Now the masala is ready to eat....For exceptional taste, just add 2 more spoons of oil, keep masala in low flame for 5 minutes....It will turn to dark colour and gives excellent taste.......
























At this stage leave it in low flame with oil for 5 minutes to roast well,
