CRISPY CAULIFLOWER PAKODA
                           

                                I am a big fan of cauliflower pakodas.... You know how long I have tried to make the perfect shop type cauliflower pakoras..........I never got it right....Then one fine day while I was discussing about this with my neighbour they gave the secret....IT IS............
Wait Wait you will see it in receipe......If you follow the instructions you will get crunchy, shop like tasty pakodas.........



SERVES 3
PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

CAULIFOWER-250  gms
CHICKEN 65 MASALA-2 Tablespoon
Gram flour-4 tablespoon
corn flour-2 tablespoon
chilly powder-1 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
salt- as required

PREPARATION

YA its chicken 65 masala that gives shop like pakodas....Add 2 cupS of water to cauliflower and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes with turmeric powder and little salt.Now drain the water.Take rest of ingredients and mix with cauliflower.Heat oil to pan for frying.While oil is hot add 1-2 teaspoon oil to the cauliflower and mix it.If required add very little oil to bind.Fry it in oil, for 3-4 minutes in medium flame... Serve hot....

NOTES
1.Dont add too much water to pakoda , it will become soft.The binding should be like you see in picture.
2.Hot oil 1-2 spoon will do for mixing,if required sprinkle water pls dont pour....
3.Make sure it fries in the pan 3-4 minutes in medium flame...Otherwise the flour wont cook properly.Also dont overcook........
4.Dont add too much chicken 65 masala it spoils the taste....
