FRIED PRAWNS

Whenever we get prawns from the market,my hubby always ask to make fried prawns out if it.This is one such variation of fried prawns....
One important thing in this is
fry it in low-medium heat, and also cook less than a minute in fire , otherwise it will turn rubbery....I missed few pics while doing very sorry about that.....




SERVES 3
PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 5-10 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS
Prawn-500  gms
CHICKEN 65 MASALA-2 Tablespoon
Gram flour-4 tablespoon
corn flour-2 tablespoon
chilly powder-1 tablespoon
turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
lime/vinegar-1 tablespoon
salt- as required

PREPARATION
.Take  all ingredients and mix with prawn.Heat oil to pan for frying.While oil is medium hot add 1-2 teaspoon oil to the prawn and mix it.If required add very little oil to bind.Fry it in oil, for less than a minute in low-medium flame... Serve hot....

Note
Be careful in adding salt as 65 masala will contain some salt in it.....
If fried prawn has some sweetness add more chilly powder to it....
Tastes best and crispier when hot....
