PRAWN PEPPER MASALA (ERAL MILAGU VARUVAL)

PRAWN PEPPER MASALA
This prawn pepper masala,I saw it in a TV show as I liked it, I tried it at home. The speciality of this dish is adding chopped onions when the dish is halfmost done.Be careful while selecting the onions because sometimes the onion oozes out so much water and sspoils the entire dish...
Guess it would be old stock..So I prefer white onions or get onions from a good shop only.....

TIPS
1.Dont add too much of water to this dish as prawns will be overcooked.for 1/4 kg half cup water will do.
3.Please note that crushed ginger-garlic is for seasoning, not the ginger garlic paste. The taste of this masala mainly based on crushed ginger-garlic for seasoning.
4.For the pepper version ,reduce chilli powder a little bit, add more pepper.
