PUDHINA CHUTNEY
    
             I like this pudhina chutney very much with idlis ....that too with piping hot idlies it goes unlimited J..........Just try it once and you will add it in your favourites....
But please follow the exact procedure for an excellent taste............









SERVES 2
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
PUDINA LEAVES-1 BUNCH
ONION-1 MEDIUM or Pearl onion-6
TOMATO-1 MEDIUM
TAMARIND-SMALL PINCH
DRYRED CHILLIES-2 TO 4
SALT-AS REQUIRED
OIL- 2 TABLESPOONS

PREPARATION
Pour  1 teaspoon of oil in a pan.once heated, fry the redchillies keep aside.Now again add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and add washed pudhina leaves,onion,tomato , saute it well until raw flavour goes...Finally tamarind,saute for a minute adding oil and keep aside.Once the fried ingredients gets warm,add salt and grind everything together.Now tasty pudhina thuvaiyal is ready...

TIPS
Dont overgrind the chutney as it will become a paste and change the taste.Grind 1 to 2 times light coarse paste for best taste.......
