RAW BANANA FRY (VAAZHAKKAI VARUVAL)

RAW BANANA FRY
This sidedish is prepared in my home when we make kaarakuzhambhu.........Nice thing about this dish is no much ingredients,simple and very easy to prepare....This dish wont take more than 10 minutes right from cutting to cooking
...No much spices,yet tasty....






SERVES-2
PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
Raw banana-1
grated coconut-2 tablespoon
onion-little(optional)
crushed garlic-4
chilly-2
turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
salt-as per taste

Seasoning
mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
urad dal-1/2 teaspoon
fenugreek seeds-1/4 teaspoon
curry leaves-few


Seasoning

Add onion,garlic,chilly

Add raw banana,turmeric,salt mix it

Add little water close,let it boil

Switch off after water drains

Add coconut and mix it,Raw banana fry is done.


PREPARATION
Heat oil in a pan,add items for seasoning....Once it splutters add onion,chillies and crushed garlic.After sauting add raw banana,turmeric,salt mix and close pan and leave for a minute.Add little water about 1/4 cup close and let it boil.Once the water drains switch off the stove and add grated coconut,mix and serve.
