CHILLY MUSHROOM FRY

CHILLY MUSHROOM
Its been a long while I have cooked with mushroom.So planned doing something with mushroom as a sidedish for roti.My hubby asked to do something spicy , so planned today for a sidedish thats spicy,hot,tasty tasty chilly mushroom....It went awesome with rotis.So with no
further delay lets move in to the receipe....







INGREDIENTS
mushroom-1 cup
corn flour-1/2 cup
maida-1cup
chilly powder-1/2 tablespoon
pepper powder-1 tablespoon
Oil-to fry
salt-as per taste

For  gravy
chilly-2 chopped
chopped garlic-1 tablespoon
chopped ginger-1 tablespoon
red chilli paste/powder-2 tablespoon
tomato sauce-2 teaspoon
soya sauce-1 teaspoon
tomato sauce-2 tablespoon
chilly sauce-1 tablespoon
vinegar-1 tablespoon
salt-as per taste
spring onion-little
oil-3 tablespoon

Maida,cornflour,salt,chilly,pepper powder mix with water

bind with mushrooms

fry in oil

take a pan, season with chopped ginger,garlic,chilly

Add all the sauces

Add chilly powder/paste,salt mix well


Chilly mushroom is ready.....


PREPARATION
Step1.
    Chop the mushrooms  and keep aside.form a batter with rest of ingredients given in ingredients.
now fry it in a pan until slightly brown.keep it aside.

Step2
      Add oil in a pan add chopped garlic,ginger,chilly saute it.Now add tomato sauce,soya sauce.vinegar,chilly sauce and cook for a minute.Then add red chilli paste/powder cook for 2 minutes.Once it starts boiling add salt,mix and add fried mushrooms.Stir for 2 minutes.Garnish with spring onions serve hot...

NOTE
For authentic preparation red chilly paste is preferred.I dint add red chilly paste,spring onion as I dint have it in stock.
