CHICKEN FRIED RICE

Chicken fried rice is one dish where you dont take much effort to cook but gives a healthier,tasty dish.I made this dish on a rainy day with a combi of chicken soup and pepper chicken fry....It was like wow, a perfect dish for a rainy day.
I did not add ajinomotto to this as its not much healthier to health.


MY COMBO TODAY







INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice-1 cup
chicken-150 gm
finely chopped ginger-1/2 teaspoon
finely chopped garlic-1/2 teaspoon
finely chopped chilly-1/2 teaspoon
salt-as per taste
white pepper/black pepper-1 teaspoon
oil-4 tablespoon
spring onion-little.
ajinomotto-1/4 teaspoon(optional)
tomato sauce-1 tablespoon
soyasauce-1 teaspoon
chilly sauce- 1 tablespoon
vinegar- 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

STEP1.
1. Add water in pan/cooker with 2 tablespoon oil and allow it to boil.once water boils add rice and cook it.Once rice is done, spread in a plate and allow it to cool.
2.Boil the chicken pieces with salt,pepper,turmeric for 5 minutes.
3.Make a egg omlette and keep aside.

STEP2
     Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan once heated add chopped garlic,ginger,chilly,spring onion saute it  once you get  flavour add in the sauces,mix well.Add boiled chicken,omlette add salt,ajinomotto required for rice and chicken.Add spring onions, add the cooked rice and saute well and cook for 3-4 minutes.Fried rice is ready......

Mix and leave for 2 minutes


Add boiled rice to it


Meanwhile I made a egg omlette


Mixed well, ITS READY

Tips.
    For those who are health conscious soya sauce and ajinomotto should be avoided.
    If you need white colour fried rice, can add light soya sauce,white pepper available in market can be added.
