KATHRIKKAI GOTHSU / BRINJAL GOTHSU

This is an quickfix gothsu for which you dont have to  spend more than five minutes in the kitchen...And a very ideal sidedish for pongal.Whenever I feel very tired or dont want to spend much time for cooking, I go for this......Pongal and gothsu...
A simple but very tasty recceipe.So lets move in to the receipe....








SERVES 2
PREPARATION TIME- 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 5-7 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS
Onion-1
Tomato-1 big
Brinjal-2 to 4
Moong dal-100gm
chilly powder-1 teaspoon
coriander powder-1 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
salt-as per taste
Oil-2 tablespoon

SEASONING
fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon
curry leaves - few
brinji leaf- 1
crushed garlic-4

Al items in ingredients

Once its cooked, add salt

Mash well

DONE

PONGAL GOTHSU





PREPARATION
Pour oil in a pan.Once heated,Add items for seasoning.Add all the items in ingredients add 2-3 cups water and close the pan.It will take around 10 minutes to get cooked.If you cook in cooker 1-2 whistles will do.Now gothsu is ready to eat.
