TOMATO EGG MASALA



This receipe is prepared in my home whenever we get bored of the veggies and prefer something simple nonveg.The tangy and spicy taste of this masala gives a unique flavour to this dish.I prefer having this with rasam rice but then it goes equally well with sambar,curd and all tiffen items.
If you try this dish you will love it for sure.So the receipe is.....





INGREDIENTS
Onion-2 medium
tomato-4 medium
crushed garlic-4 pods
chilli powder-1 1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder-2 teaspoon
turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
egg-4
salt-to taste

SEASONING
Oil-2 Tablespoons
curry leaves-few
fennel seeds-1/2 teaspoon

Saute the onions

Add tomatoes,garlic,little salt

Once it mashes well, add spices,salt

Add cup of water and let it boil

Add in eggs,leave for 2 minutes

Now add next egg,again leave idle for 2 minutes

Leave till it dries up

ITS READY



PREPARATION
 Add oil in a pan add the items in seasoning.Once it splutters, add the onions and saute it...when it gets cooked add chopped tomatoes,crushed garlic and saute well.once smashed and binded with onion add chillipowder,turmeric powder and coriander powder, a cup of water and keep in medium flame for about 5 minutes.When it starts boiling start adding eggs one by one leaving about 2 minutes for each egg after adding.Dont disturb the egg by stirring after adding, can stir after 2 minutes of adding egg, so that it dont crumble, can check in pics.After the eggs are cooked keep it in low flame for 3-4 minutes so that it becomes dry and gives a nice colour.Now tomato egg masala is ready to eat.
