INGREDIENTS
BOTTLE GOURD/SORAKKAI-1/4 KG
Prawns-1/4 kg
Onion-1 small
Tomato-1 small
Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
For seasoning
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
Urud dal-1/4 teaspoon
Curry leaves-few
Oil-2 tablespoon
PREPARATION
Pour oil in a pan add the items given for seasoning.once it splutters add chopped onion and tomatoes, sauté well.Once its done add the vegetable add little salt sauté well .Once its half cooked add the prawns , sauté for 3 minutes in low flame.Add about half cup water add the rest of items in ingredients,close the pan.Once its done serve hot with rice and rotis…
