VEGETABLE BONDA / MASALA BONDA

This receipe is a long time my wish list receipe.....Let me tell you need some time and patience to do this.......But the taste will be heavenly.....

For Masala
Onion-1 small
Beans-3 tablespoons
Carrot-1 tablespoon
Chilly-2 chopped
Boiled potatoes-3
Cabbage and cauliflower-3 tablespoons-optional
Ginger – garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste


For batter
Gram flour-1 cup.
Salt-as per taste
Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Add water in to flour with salt and chilli powder  in to a slight thick batter of little dropping consistency





PREPARATION
 Pour oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste sauté well.Add chopped  onions and all vegetables  except potatoes add salt  sauté well.Once the vegetables are cooked add   the boiled potatoes, chilli,coriander and  turmeric powder and mix well. Keep in low flame  for few minutes till raw flavor goes.allow it to  warm. Once its cool make balls of it.Dip the balls in batter   and fry  the oil in medium  flame.once its cooked strain from oil.
