INGREDIENTS
BOTTLE GOURD/SORAKKAI-1/4 Kg
Tomato-1 small
Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Curd- 1 small cup
Salt – to taste
Jeera-1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
Pour oil in a pan add jeera .once it splutters add chopped tomatoes, sauté well.Once its done add the vegetable add little salt , add the rest of items in ingredients,close the pan and pressure cook till vegetable boils .Add unsour curd mix it for 2 minutes.Once its done serve hot with rice and rotis…
