I love Cauliflowers a lot....whenever I see it in the market I instantly pick one....I try many dishes with it...bajjis , pakoras and what not......One version of it.....
INGREDIENTS
fresh Peas-1/2 cup
cauliflower-1cup
doublebeans-1/2cup
onion-1
tomato-1
ginger-garlic paste-1 tablespoon
chillipowder-2 teaspoon
coriander powder-2 teaspoon
turmeric powder-a pinch
salt-aspertaste
Seasoning
jeera-1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
Pour oil in a pan add the items given for seasoning.once it splutters add chopped onion and
tomatoes, sauté well.Once its done addginger-garlic paste mix it until you get a nice aroma of
the masala(1 or 2 minutes) and then the vegetables add little salt sauté well for 5 minutes in
low flame.Add about a cup water add the rest of items in ingredients,close the pan.Once its
done serve hot with rice and rotis…
