PESARETTE



            A very healthy breakfast option ,those who are in diet can skip riceflour in ingredients...I prefer doing it with sprouted dal, which turns to be more healthy..

INGREDIENTS
Green gram dal- 1 cup
riceflour-2 spoon
green chilly- 2
chopped ginger-1 tablespoon
jeera-1 teaspoon
chopped onion-1/2 cup
salt-as required

PREPARATION

Soak the green dal 5-6 hours and grind with rest of the ingredients with salt and grind to a coarse paste.pour oil in a pan and spread the batter thick/thin according to your taste.Cook like dosas on both sides , serve hot.
