CARROT CHUTNEY

                 Most of them would be bored of the usual chutney can definitely try this...I prefer making it hot..........


INGREDIENTS


Carrot grated- 1 cup
urud dal-1 tablespoon
grated coconut-2 tablespoon
tamarind- a small pinch
asafoetida-a pinch
dry red chillies-4 to 5

PREPARATION         

    Pour oil in a pan and saute each of the ingredients seperately.urud dal and coconut should be slightly brown.carrot should turn little dry.cool all the ingredients and grind all others together except carrot.After its ground add carrot and grind together.Carrot chutney is ready to eat.
