VAALAKAAI FRY

Yet another simple receipe....When I was a kid I never liked this veggie..After marriage the story is completely different...Now somehow started liking this veggie.....That too with keerai kadayal(spinach rice) it would be so....... yum....

A simple and quick,tasty receipe......






SERVES-2
PREPARATION TIME-5 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
Raw banana-1(round slices)
tomato-1
turmeric-1/4 teaspoon
chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder-1/4 teaspoon
salt-as per taste

Seasoning
mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
urad dal-1/2 teaspoon
fenugreek seeds-1/4 teaspoon
crushed garlic-4
curry leaves-few

SEASONING

Add tomatoes.....

And raw bananas....saute for a minute

Add spice powders,water close for 2 minutes
Switch off after water drains

PREPARATION
Heat oil in a pan,add items for seasoning....Once it splutters add tomatoes and raw banana.After sauting  raw banana for a minute add chilly,coriander,turmeric powders,salt mix and close pan and leave for a minute.Add little water about 1/4 cup close and let it boil for 2 minutes.Once the water drains switch off the stove and serve.
