MYSORE CHICKEN MASALA










Today when I thought of doing something with chicken,this receipe came to my mind....Mysore chicken adapted from a tv show....It was really good...But I added ginger garlic crushed to the receipe for best taste...Its purely optional.The original receipe did not have it....








PREPARATION TIME-5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-15 MINUTES
SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS
chicken-1/2 kg
Onion-1
tomato-1
crushed ginger-garlic-1 tablespoon
chilly powder-1 tablespoon
coriander powder-2 tablespoon
turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
greenchilly-2
curry leaves-few
salt - to taste
oil-4 tablespoon

Seasoning
fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon
curry leaves-few

PREPARATION
STEP1
Marinate the items mentioned in ingredients with chicken except onion,tomato,ginger-garlic and oil.Leave it aside about an hour.

STEP2
 Pour oil in a pan/cooker add items given for seasoning.Now add chopped onions,cook well.once it change colour add tomatoes,ginger-garlic crushed...mix it 2 minutes in low flame..Now add the chicken marination, mix well and cook for few minutes , till it  leaves some water. As the water oozes out  add about 1/4 cup water,keep in medium flame,mix and close the pan, allow it to boil,leave for 10 minutes,stirring in between every 2-3 minutes.Switch off the stove serve mysore chicken  with rice,naan rotis......

Add marinated chicken,leave for 10 minutes

Add little water stir occasionally

Mysore chicken masala is done...
