FRIED PEPPER CHICKEN / KOZHI MILAGU VARUVAL


I prepared this receipe when it was heavily raining here in chennai...My hubby was on leave and he was asking for some spicy fry...I saw this menu in a famous hotel here in chennai.So thought of trying it in home.It was like outstanding....Please try it and you will love it..........


SERVES 3  
PREPARATION TIME- 20 MINUTES
COOKING TIME 5-10 MINUTES


INGREDIENTS
Chicken -500gms
All purpose flour-1 tablespoon
corn flour-1 tablespoon
rice flour-1 tablespoon
pepper-1 tablespoon
garam masala-1 tablespoon
chilly powder-1 tablespoon
turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
vinegar-2 tablespoon
kasthuri methi-1 tablespoon
salt- as required


PREPARATION
Take  all ingredients and mix with chicken.Marinate and leave for 1 hour.Heat oil to pan for frying.While oil is medium hot add 1-2 teaspoon oil to the chicken and mix it.Fry it in oil, for 2-3 minutes in medium flame... Serve hot....
