GOBI MANCHURIAN



            An ideal dish for naan and fried rice i believe.This also is very easy to prepare.....You can make it a dry version and have it as a starter..........

INGREDIENTS
for gobi fry
Cauliflower-1 cup
corn flour-1 tablespoon
maida-2 tablespoon
rice flour-1/2 tablespoon
soya sauce-1 tablespoon
salt-as per taste
kesari colour powder-a pinch

For manchurian gravy
red chilli paste-2 teaspoon
tomato sauce-2 teaspoon
onion-1 chopped
chopped garlic-1 teaspoon
soya sauce-1 teaspoon
salt-as per taste
corn flour - 1 teaspoon
spring onion-little

Step1.
      Boil the cauliflower with little salt in hot water and keep aside.form a batter with rest of ingredients given in gobi fry.
now fry it in a pan no need to fry until brown.Just if the outer layer is boiled is enough.keep it aside.

Step2
      Add oil in pan add chopped garlic saute it.Now add onions saute well then add red chilli paste cook for 2 minutes.Now add tomato sauce,soya sauce.spring onions and cook for a minute.Once it start boiling add fried cauliflower.Stir for 2 minutes.Now dilute 1 teaspoon cornflour in about 10 teaspoon of water and mix it in the cauliflower.Stir for 2 minutes, garnish with spring onions serve hot...



Tips
1.be very carefulin adding salt, as soya and tomato sauces have salt in  it.Add very little salt check for taste and add if required.
2.when frying gobis, just fry until outer layer is boiled.
3.If you need dry manchurian no need to add cornflour water.
4.dilute cornflour just before adding and stir well before adding so that cornflour wont settle at the bottom.
