POORI

A favourite dish for many................goes awesome with potatomasala and cholemasala.......................Make sure the pooris will pugg only if the rolled out dough is little thick....

INGREDIENTS
Atta/maida-1cup
rava-2teaspoon
salt-as per taste
water
oil-tofry

PREPARATION
Mix the ingredients in to a soft dough.the dough should be little stiff. .now make small balls from it.then roll in to smal lcircular pieces.heat oil in a pan and fry the pooris.when it raises on a side just press it so that it puffs up.then turn on other side and fry it.remove from pan and serve hot.

Tips
fry pooris immediately after preparing dough.otherwise it will turn very soft and will consume  oil.
if the rolls you prepare is too thin pooris wont puff.so make slight thickrolls.
