Onion-1 small
Chopped Beans-1 tablespoon
Chopped Carrot-1 tablespoon
Chilly-2 chopped
Chopped cauliflower-1 tablespoon-optional
Fresh peas- 1 tablespoonon
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Ghee/oil/vanaspathi-3 tablespoon
Coriander leaves-few
curryleaves-few
For seasoning
mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
urud dal-1 teaspoon
channadal-1 teaspoon
curry leaves-few
In a pan boil 3 cups of hot water to add in rava. In another pan Pour oil and add items in seasoning.After it splutters add chopped onion sauté well.Now add chopped vegetables and little salt, chillies and sauté well,Now add rava,salt required,turmeric powder and sauté it in low flame.Once rava turns hot and you get aroma of rava add 3 cups of hot water stir and close the cooker for 2 steams and leave in lowflame for five minutes. Add 1 tablespoon vanaspathi before turning off the stove.delicious SAMBARAVAUPMA is ready.
TIPS
Prefer cooking in pressurecooker as this rava takes time to boil.
