KEERAI MANDI



            A tasty healthy simple chettinad receipe.Very good for mouth and stomach infection....


INGREDIENTS


green leafy vegetable- 1 bunch
pearl onion-10
garlic-5
green chilly-2
washed rice water-2 cup
coconut milk-1/4 cup

For seasoning

mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon
curry leaves- little
asafoetida-a pinch

PREPARATION


Pour oil in a pan , add the items given for seasoning.Now add rest of the ingredients except rice water and coconut milk.Saute for 2 minutes and add rice water and once the vegetable is boiled add coconut milk and switch off the stove.

Note
Donot cook after adding coconut milk.
Any green leafy vegetable like mulaikeerai,arakeera,agathikeera,sirukeerai,manathakaalikeera can be taken.
