KEERAI VADAI

                                                 Yet another healthy, tasty snack...........Though its time consuming its worth the effort.......


INGREDIENTS
Urud dal-1 cup
fine chopped green leafy vegetable-1/2 cup
chopped green chilly-2
salt- as requiredipe


PREPARATION

       Wash and soak urud dal in water for 1 hour.Drain the water and grind the dal to a thick paste.Add salt, green leafy vegetables,chillies and flatten to vada shape.heat oil in a pan and once its heated fry vadas in medium flame until it turns golden brown on both sides.
